Results
All 37 participants received at least one treatment, and only two subjects did not complete 3 month follow up. Among those who completed the study, the mean age of all participants was 58 ± 9.4 years and 97% were female (Table 4). Participants were Fitzpatrick II and III, with 71% Fitzpatrick skin type II and 29% Fitzpatrick type III.

Study Conclusion
The 2910 nm laser provided improvement in photoaging using both a series of superficial ablative settings with focal deeper ablative settings and a single deeper ablative treatment. Both treatment groups had high patient satisfaction, high safety profile, minimal downtime, and less anesthesia and pain levels compared to similar ablative devices. The device offers versatility and customizability to personalize treatment for patients based on their photo-damage and treatment goals.
