How UltraClear treats darker skin tones safely

The cold fiber technology that removes tissue with minimal heat, the trigger for hyperpigmentation.
Traditional CO2 lasers, IPL, and aggressive peels all deposit bulk heat into the skin. That heat causes the inflammation that leads to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, which is why these devices have always carried limited skin type compatibility.

UltraClear works differently. Its 2910 nm fiber laser operates at peak water absorption, vaporizing tissue cleanly with little to no lingering thermal trace. IntelliPulse technology then divides each pulse into four ultra-fast micropulses, giving heat time to escape between pulses and minimizing collateral damage.

The result is cold, fractional ablation with dialed-in coagulation, stimulating collagen remodeling* at multiple depths while protecting surrounding tissue. For melanin-rich skin, that means safe, effective treatment with a much lower risk of hyperpigmentation.
