MIRACL™—MID IR Ablative Cold Fiber Laser—is the world’s first and only fiber laser platform operating at a wavelength of 2910 nm, the optimal wavelength for tissue interaction with high peak water absorption rate. UltraClear’s game-changing 3DIntelliPulse™ technology optimizes laser energy placement by automatically delivering blended ablative (mechanical) and coagulative (thermal) pulses to the same microscopic treatment zone into the mid dermis in one pass. The blended pulses create an optimal balance of cold and thermal energy for different skin types and conditions, enabling individualized treatments for maximum results with minimal side effects.
Deep ablation pulses are broken up into multiple sub-pulses, depositing coagulative (thermal) energy at different depths in the dermis with the same amount of energy and optimal timing in between.
