In this position,  you will design and develop software to support the manufacture, sale and support of our Medical Device products.  A successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to effectively navigate ambiguities, and deliver high quality software solutions. Responsibilities:

•    Develop high-quality, innovative software with operational efficiency.

•    Develop software requirements specification and software design specifications

•    Design and implement software for medical devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment

•    Responsible for design, debug, and integration of C applications running in an embedded environment

•    5+ years of professional software development experience in C and C#/Java including object-oriented design

•    3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability, and scaling) of new and current systems

•    Consistent track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills.

•    Ability to drive innovation and passionate about learning new technologies

•    Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments and clear code.

•    Experience with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review

Acclaro Medical is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated, self starter, and articulate inside sales manager to join our sales team.

The Inside Sales Manger will be working closely with the marketing department and will have an active role with the outside sales team dispersing qualified leads by setting appointments, ensuring a smooth sale process, and meeting monthly and quarterly quotas.

In this role, you will:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and text messaging
  • Research and qualify new leads from Zooming, company website, marketing campaigns, and other sources
  • Follow up on leads and identify the decision makers
  • Understand customers’ needs and identify sales opportunities
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the appropriate Executive Sales Manager to build relationships and close deals
  • Answer product related questions, future trade shows, webinars, and send additional information via email
  • Continually develop company, service, and product knowledge
  • Create, update, and maintain a database of current and potential customers in Salesforce

Executive Sales Manager – Southeast

Acclaro Medical is looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Executive Medical Aesthetic Sales Manager to help accelerate the growth of our business. This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving sales of innovative medical aesthetic devices for the Southeast: Carolinas, Virginias, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Missouri. You must be based in one of these states. Compensation package includes Base Salary + Commission + Bonus + Stock Options.

Please note this is not an average salesperson role. This is a heavy cold calling, prospecting, lead generation, onsite meeting’s role. This role for consistent OVERACHIEVERS and HUNTERS. Prior experience of selling medical aesthetic devices (B2B) is required. You must be able to communicate well with doctors and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

You will provide strategic account management and sales leadership for your sales territory within the United States. Responsible for sales activities to include prospecting/lead generation , maintaining and expanding sales within existing customer base, and building pipeline for new business opportunities to include competitive accounts and targeted core physicians. Will be expected to develop pipeline of capital systems and to close all transactions (including services such as marketing and service contracts).Presenting our products to potential clients, identifying specific consumer characteristics, and recommending ways to promote and sell our products.

  • 3+ years of previous sales experience with demonstrated excellent results – greater than 100% achievement on a consistent basis
  • Cold calling experience
  • A minimum of 2+-years selling equipment into the Aesthetic field with preference given to lasers and/or light based technologies with B2B experience
  • Must be a self-starter, who drives high performance within the organization and consistently delivers on commitments, who is detail-oriented with strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in common PC applications, particularly within the full Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiar with the use of Salesforce as a CRM
  • A love for change and an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
